Managed with passion and professionalism since 1960, the restaurant of
Hotel Wildner in Venice serves both traditional and contemporary Venetian
cuisine as well as Italian entrees in a unique setting: the verandah features
views of Riva degli Schiavoni from where one can see the scenic island
of San Giorgio in the background. This view is even more romantic at night,
when the candles are lit up.
The restaurant's fish is delivered fresh every day from the market of
Rialto together with the savory vegetables produced in the farmlands near
the gorgeous Lagoon of Venice.
The wine card is full of surprises. In fact, in addition to
the most important national labels, it includes excellent wines from small
Italian producers that are a great value as well as a limited quantity
of established biological and biodynamic wines from Veneto and Italy.
Luca Fullin is the restaurant's enthusiastic and scrupulous
manager. His previous experience includes working for Venice's Harry's
bar and for the prestigious restaurant of London's Capital Hotel.
