A group of small craft establishments that sustain and promote the culture and economy of its territory, and where tradition of good food is associated with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Venetian food culture and and the desire to protect and enhance the extraordinary productions of the lagoon area together with respect for tradition and constant attention to research and seasonality of products are the ingredients that guarantee a great variety of high quality proposals and cuisine throughout the year.

The members of the Association are committed to specify the exact kind of products and raw materials used and to having adequately articulated wine and olive oil lists oriented towards sustainable and natural productions.
